Use Your Own Existing Tally Fields

Already track Size, Colour, or similar details in your own Tally field? Enter its exact name and index number below and Fabricore will use it instead of creating a new one - both are checked automatically before anything is trusted.

Where do I find the field's name and index number?

The name is whatever label you see on that field in Tally. The index number is an internal Tally reference number, usually only known by whoever originally set up that custom field (a Tally consultant, or the software that created it) - check with them if you're not sure. If you don't have this information, leave the field blank and Fabricore will keep using its own field.

Send to Customer

Coding scheme hides the real Price List Rate inside random-looking numbers when sent to a customer - the app still shows you the real rate everywhere else.

If your device/browser supports sharing files (most phones and modern desktop browsers), the images will be attached automatically when you tap Send. Otherwise, the images will download to your device and WhatsApp will open with the text ready - just attach the downloaded images in the chat.

Bulk Match Photos

Pick image files from anywhere (including any Drive-synced folder). Fabricore remembers every decision you make here - matched or marked "Not an Item" - so re-selecting the same folder later only shows you files you haven't reviewed yet.

"Select Whole Folder" scans every image inside it (and its subfolders) and suggests the closest-matching item by name for each - the match confidence is shown so you know which ones to double check.
